It means something to me. Or I wouldn't keep asking.

You know how weeds can travel through the mist? That comes from the Snake. And he's better at it. And he doesn't have sheep following him. Therefore, out of self-preservation, he doesn't really approach them or test their capabilities. He didn't have much to add about them, other than that they're all dangerous, and none of them should be underestimated.

As for something new... well, we've been kept kinda cooped up since the eye is open and the rituals sort of occupied people's time. I already told you about our new weed addition.

That makes me even more curious about where he slinks off to, if he can avoid the demons so easily. What is on the other side of the mist? If you could get any kind of hints about that, I'd consider that very useful information.

I wasn't close to either of the two who turned. But, given experiences, no.

But, the main difference is Fifi doesn't seem content to stay with Rose. He actually appreciated being invited to the clubhouse.

Did he..? I barely understand what goes through that cat's head, sometimes. Maybe he thinks he deserved it.

I think he just plans to have fun with his new 'weed powers'.

Of course it goes without saying I don't trust him, but you're free to investigate if you want.

He already seems to suspect I have an agreement with you, and Clover in general. From the result of the bomb game. He called it "independent contracting," which... I still don't know what he meant, but he was being very sort of shady about it.

At any rate, I denied it, and told him, truthfully, that I did it on my own and you were threatening to kill me every step. So, if that comes up, you know to expect it.

That cat is shady about everything. It's like he's allergic to giving direct answers.

...that's fine. I think it's more like you gave him an idea rather than him trying to figure out what our alliance truly is.

More like he took an assumption and ran with it. --One that is vaguely right, but definitely not at that time and place.

Someone who acquires information to sell or trade is learning that information for a purpose. You can understand them.

If they're just keeping it to themselves... they're planning something. Something you can't be sure what it is, but you probably won't like it.

He's always planning something stupid, but I doubt he'd betray me. I know about as many of his secrets as he knows about mine.
